Mix together throughly; shape into 12 patties:
1 lb ground turkey (lowest fat available)
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
Fry in ungreased skillet or bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until cooked through. Do not over cook.
Read the label as many of the meats have msg added. When the label reads natural flavor – it is referring only to herbs as back in the 90’s it became a law that IF msg is added it has to be listed.
