Cream of Something Soup (Without Corn Starch)


I learned that corn starch is calorie dense without any nutrutional value, so here is an alternate recipe using flour instead of corn starch.

2 cups dry milk,2-1/2 c. flour
¼ c. bouillon powder,
2 T dried onion flakes

[You can add basil, thyme, pepper, and whatever else seems good — garlic powder, celery flakes, parsley]

To use: Mix ½ cup mix with 1-1/4 c. water. Bring to a boil and stir, stir, stir (about 5 minutes to thicken).
